Paul Gschwendtner e4fb93c28a build: switch playground examples to bazel (#28490)
Currently all playground examples are built with `tsc`
and served with the `gulp serve` task. In order to be able
to test these examples easily with Ivy, we now build and
serve the examples using Bazel. This allows us to expand our
Ivy test coverage and additionally it allows us to move forward
with the overall Bazel migration. Building & serving individual
examples is now very easy and doesn't involve building everything
inside of `/modules`.

Igor Minar 6fc267f22c fix: split dynamic bits in platform-browser into platform-browser-dynamic
Previously these symbols were exposed via platform-browser-dynamic, then we merged then into platform-browser
thinking that tools would know how to shake off the compiler and other dynamic bits not used with the offline
compilation flow. This turned out to be wrong as both webpack and rollup don't have good enough tree-shaking
capabilities to do this today. We think that in the future we'll be able to merge these two entry points into
one, but we need to give tooling some time before we can do it. In the meantime the reintroduction of the -dynamic
package point allows us to separate the compiler dependencies from the rest of the framework.

This change undoes the previous breaking change that removed the platform-browser-dynamic package.

Tobias Bosch d2efac18ed feat(core): separate refs from vars.
Introduces `ref-` to give a name to an element or a directive (also works for `<template>` elements), and `let-` to introduce an input variable for a `<template>` element.

BREAKING CHANGE:
- `#...` now always means `ref-`.
- `<template #abc>` now defines a reference to the TemplateRef, instead of an input variable used inside of the template.
- `#...` inside of a *ngIf, … directives is deprecated.
  Use `let …` instead.
- `var-...` is deprecated. Replace with `let-...` for `<template>` elements and `ref-` for non `<template>` elements.

Victor Berchet da9b46a071 feat: camelCase Angular (kebab-case removal)
BREAKING CHANGE:

Angular is now fully camel case.

After

    <p *ngIf="cond">

    <my-cmp (myEvent)="action()">

Jeff Cross c39f4c3b38 refactor(Observable): implement toPromise and fromPromise without side effects
BREAKING CHANGE:

toPromise is no longer an instance method of the `Observable` returned
by Angular, and fromPromise is no longer available as a static method.

The easiest way to account for this change in applications is to import
the auto-patching modules from rxjs, which will automatically add these
operators back to the Observable prototype.

```
import 'rxjs/add/operator/toPromise';
import 'rxjs/add/observable/fromPromise';
```

kutyel e4e74ae65c chore: rename modules/examples to modules/playground
The directory contains code authored in a style that makes it transpilable to dart. As such, these are not idiomatic examples of Angular 2 usage.

The main purpose of this directory is to enable experimentation with Angular within the angular/angular repository.
