Matthew Hooker b16f2ec64b builder/amazon: Use sdk default cred providers

I think we were overcomplicating things. The SDK provides the correct
credential chain by default, so let's use that. This patch does a quick
check for static credentials and uses those if found, then defaults to
the default credential provider chain.

This patch also removes the metadata timeout argument. Current versions
of the SDK have short timeouts by default, so I don't believe this is
needed.

Packer Website

This subdirectory contains the entire source for the Packer Website. This is a Middleman project, which builds a static site from these source files.

Contributions Welcome!

If you find a typo or you feel like you can improve the HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, we welcome contributions. Feel free to open issues or pull requests like any normal GitHub project, and we'll merge it in.

Running the Site Locally

Install Docker if you have not already done so
Clone this repo and run make website

Then open up http://localhost:4567. Note that some URLs you may need to append ".html" to make them work (in the navigation).
