feat(Parser): associate pipes right to left

closes #4605

BREAKING CHANGE:

Before:

`1 + 1 | pipe:a | pipe:b` was parsed as `(1 + 1) | pipe:(a | pipe:b)`

After:

`1 + 1 | pipe:a | pipe:b` is parsed as `((1 + 1) | pipe:a) | pipe:b`
