Donald J. Brown ec79340cf2 Fixing so that beans created by the object factory will be injected via Guice. Apparently,

when you pass Guice your own factory, the created object won't be injected, as the default
InternalFactory is what creates and injects the object.

Upgrade the example apps to Spring 2 by removing the Spring 1.2.8 dependencies from the struts2-apps parent pom. If the example app uses the struts2-spring-plugin, it will get its Spring 2 dependencies transitively.
