Natalie Tay 5a0c875885 FEATURE: Show 'marked solved by' in OP when topic is solved (#343 )

This feature adds the "Marked solved as" information to the solved post appended to OP.

Originally, I had moved the widget usage to a [component](https://github.com/discourse/discourse-solved/blob/39baa0be4a889fdbff108e887a677d9a298d27d4/assets/javascripts/discourse/components/solved-post.gjs), but due to "cooking quotes", after some internal discussion (t/95318/25) we will stick to widgets for now as the post-stream gets modernized.

Provides a solved button on designated categories

How to Install this Plugin

To install Discourse Plugin - https://meta.discourse.org/t/install-a-plugin/19157

How to Check if Plugin is installed

Go to Admin > Plugins

You should now see:

What to expect if Plugin is installed

Inside the Plugins, you will have the following options:

How to enable it in your posts

New Categories - Check ✅ Allow topic owner and staff to mark a reply as the solution

Old Categories - Go to that Category > Edit > Settings > Check ✅ Allow topic owner and staff to mark a reply as the solution
