Keen Yee Liau 4b62ba9017 fix(compiler-cli): Pass SourceFile to getLeadingTriviaWidth (#33588) 
This commit fixes a crash in the Angular Kythe indexer caused by failure
to retrieve `SourceFile` in a `Statement`.

Crash logs:
